Face to face coaching
The most tangible option:
Here, you will reap the benefit of the client/coach rapport where connections and progress are made more collaboratively. Coaching sessions can be conducted in my home study in a calming environment or at an alternative location, perhaps your home if you feel more comfortable.
Each session £50 for an hour.
Online coaching
A very useful media for discussion. Coaching in this form offers greater flexibility and can be done in an environment and time that suits you. The most popular platforms are ZOOM or TEAMS (audio or video) as these are better quality and are free.
Cost per session: £40 an hour.
